These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr686 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr686 website, mobile site, software and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

pkr686 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms apply to all aspects of the Service, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, promotions and customer support interactions.

By registering an account, depositing funds or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account with pkr686, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age: You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing terms. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be of full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your use of the Services is otherwise unlawful. Determining your legal position is your sole responsibility.
4. Single Account: You may register and hold only one Account per household, device, IP address or payment method. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
5. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied directly through pkr686 or via any applicable third-party exclusion scheme.

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly in the event of any change.

pkr686 and its operator are entitled to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot or statement);
• Source of funds documentation, where required for compliance purposes.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction of Account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr686 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your username and password. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

By using the Services, you agree to use them solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. You further agree that:

• You will access the Services only for personal entertainment and not for commercial gain, professional gambling operations or on behalf of any third party;
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the Services;
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the platform;
• You will not use the platform in connection with any form of fraud, money laundering, criminal activity or in breach of applicable financial crime legislation;
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any local restrictions on online gambling;
• You acknowledge that pkr686 is intended as an entertainment service and does not guarantee any financial return.

pkr686 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for the purpose of detecting suspicious behaviour, breach of these Terms or potential harm to the platform or other players. Monitoring activity does not create any obligation on pkr686 to intervene or prevent loss.

All deposits are processed subject to the payment methods available at the time of deposit, as determined by operator settings. Payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. These providers are not affiliated with pkr686 and do not endorse gambling.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits are subject to change at operator discretion.
• pkr686 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be available subject to operator settings. Cryptocurrency values are subject to market volatility — pkr686 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
• PKR is used as the primary display currency where operator settings permit. Actual transaction processing may involve currency conversion depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawal of funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Requests submitted prior to full verification will be held pending completion of the verification process.
• Wagering Requirements: Where Bonus Funds have been applied to your Account, any associated wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the relevant funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies, as displayed at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. pkr686 reserves the right to determine the withdrawal route at its discretion where this is not technically feasible.
• Processing Time: Processing times vary by payment method and player tier. Standard processing times are communicated at the point of request and are estimates only — pkr686 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
• Withdrawal Review: pkr686 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. During this period, the withdrawal may be held without prior notice to the Player.

pkr686 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Any indication that a bonus is being exploited — through coordinated play, systematic abuse or other bad-faith strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual bonus terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately. The order in which funds are used may vary depending on operator settings.
• pkr686 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Players who have applied for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period will not receive promotional communications during that period.

The following general rules govern all sports betting and casino gaming activity on pkr686. Game-specific and market-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Sports Betting: Bets placed on sporting events — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other markets — are final once confirmed. Settlement follows the published rules for each market.
• Live / In-Play Betting: Live bet acceptance is subject to market availability. pkr686 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, market offered in error, event cancellation, or a clear pricing error. Voided bets are returned to the Account balance at stake value.
• Casino Games: All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pkr686 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP information for individual games is available within the game interface where published by the game provider.
• Errors: If a game result is returned erroneously due to a technical fault, pkr686 reserves the right to correct the outcome or void the round. Where a technical fault results in a game session being interrupted, stake amounts will be returned where the round outcome cannot be determined.

pkr686 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through Account settings and via the support team.

Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Key provisions include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum loss threshold per defined period. Once reached, further gaming activity is suspended until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 1 month) or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and no promotional material will be sent.
• Cooling-Off: A shorter temporary break from gambling, during which Account access is suspended but the Account is not permanently closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activities;
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Services;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the normal risk of gambling on pkr686;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or accessing another player's Account;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pkr686 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of the platform or its content without authorisation.

Where pkr686 reasonably suspects a breach of this clause, it may suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals and forfeit any balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

All content on the pkr686 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code and game content — is the intellectual property of pkr686 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr686 and its operator, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services;
• Service interruptions, data loss or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law;
• The conduct of third-party payment processors or game suppliers;
• Gambling losses sustained through normal, uninterrupted use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

pkr686 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected;
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Clause 3 (Account Eligibility);
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require the restriction of the Account;
• The Player has engaged in conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination for cause, any balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by pkr686 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned subject to standard verification requirements. Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory dispute resolution bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may affect their ability to participate in the Services. pkr686 does not represent that participation is lawful in Pakistan and makes no warranty to that effect. Players are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding their position under applicable local law.

pkr686 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to coming into effect, where practicable. Minor updates — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause — may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Services following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14.

The version of the Terms most recently reviewed is indicated in the "Last reviewed" notice at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
